Grant came to the Wranglers in early October from the America West Division of NorPac. His first game with the Wranglers was on Oct. 2, playing against Tri-Cities. In his second game with the Wranglers against the Tri-City Titans he helped the Wranglers win the game with a game winning goal and an assist. Since then Grant has made 10 other goals and 8 other assists for a total of 20 points. Of these points, 5 goals were Power Play goals and 4 were Power Play assists. Additionally, shortly after arriving he was made team Captain after he demonstrated some of his early team leadership. I know many Wrangler players will definitely miss him.
Grant just celebrated his 19th birthday and hails from St. Albert, Alberta (a suburb of Edmonton, Canada). Again, we wish Grant the best of luck with the Tomahawks and I'm sure with his help the T-Hawks might win a few games in the play-offs. In my opinion the T-Hawks needed a strong scoring defenseman to get anywhere in the play-offs. Since the T-Hawks are the 4th seed they will be playing the top seeded Seattle Totems. I hope to watch at least one or more of Grant's games.

Not sure how the Wranglers will re-arrange the defense to accomodate the huge gap left by Grant leaving. Miller, Summa, Chase, Losey, and Powell all will have to significantly step up.
RELEASED:
In other Wrangler player news, Vlad Korenovskiy (Forward #10) is no longer with the Wranglers and has been released. Mike Teilborg (goalie) is no longer with the Wranglers.
ADDED:
This is no surprise to many, but three local Medford players have been added to the Wrangler roster. They are, Dane Irving (Forward, #25), Wyatt Small (Forward, #17) and Andrew Schmelig (Forward, #13).
While again this might be old, old, old news, two other players have been added to the Wrangler roster. They are, Andrew Luzaich (Forward, #4) and Tyler Powell (Defense, #22). Both Andrew and Tyler came to the Wranglers on Jan. 23. Andrew already has 1 goal and 1 assist, and Tyler has 1 assist. Tyler comes to the Wranglers from the Phoenix, Arizona area.
