No current NorPac players were selected for the USA Hockey National Camp. Only 3 Defensemen, 7 Forwards, and 1 goalie were selected from the Pacific District. A potential tender to the Eugene Generals, Trace Strahle was selected for the National Camp. In the Select 17's 3 defensemen and 4 forwards were selected from Alaska. The remaining forwards were from California (2) and Washington (1). The lone goalie was from California. Oh that would be so nice, but again it's only a dream. These guys will be getting offers from the WHL or NAHL or USHL not from any NorPac team.
Again, there were about 4-5 forwards from the recent Global Sports Camp that I would love to have them play for the Wranglers. These guys were fast, tenacious, and could find the back of the net with a quick wrist shot. Oh yes, in a dream they'd play for the Wranglers. But alas, its only a dream.
